Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-10
What these terms cover
These terms cover use of the sentelex.com website only. Engagement for buyout analysis support is governed by a separate project agreement and NDA signed before any bid documents are shared. If anything here appears to conflict with that agreement, the project agreement controls.
Who we are
Sentelex is a professional services firm providing subcontract award decision support to construction managers, general contractors, and owner representatives. Contact: info@sentelex.com.
What this site is
A marketing and inquiry page describing Sentelex services. Information on the site is descriptive, not a contract. Reaching out via the contact details on this site is an inquiry; it doesn't create an agreement, doesn't guarantee an engagement, and doesn't obligate us to provide services.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the site or try to break it.
- Don't contact us on behalf of someone who didn't ask you to.
- Don't use the contact channels to send spam, malware, or unsolicited offers.
- Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you work for.
Intellectual property
The copy, design, product name, and logo on this site are owned by or licensed to Sentelex. You can quote and link to the site for normal commercial reference. Don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Third-party links
If the site links out to a video host, a calendar, or anything external, those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for them.
No warranty on site content
Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service descriptions and capabilities are accurate as of the "Last updated" date but are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Sentelex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Any direct liability arising from this website is capped at $100. Liability arising from a project engagement is governed by the project agreement, not this clause.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
